Questions
Are Omni Credits real store credit?
Yes. Omni Credits are Shopify store credit with your programme’s name, so they’re applied at checkout natively and show in the customer’s Shopify account.
When do shoppers get tokens for an order?
After your return window (14 days by default). Refunds and cancellations take tokens back automatically, and the part of an order paid with credits doesn’t earn.
Can I offer products that aren’t on my store?
Yes. Make a product “Unlisted” in Shopify and add it to the Credit Store — only members can get it.
Does it work in my shopping app?
Yes. Omni Pass works on your website and in the shopping app you build with Vikalp App Builder — the same balances, tiers and rewards in both.
