Getting started with Vikalp Omni
Install Vikalp Omni, pick a plan, switch on the app embed and send emails from your own address — the four steps every store does once.
1. Install and choose a plan
- Install Vikalp Omni from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin.
- Go to Plans and start a 14-day free trial. Plans are billed by Shopify on your normal Shopify bill.
2. Switch on the Vikalp app embed
In Shopify, open Online Store → Themes → Customize. Click the App embeds icon on the left, switch on Vikalp, and click Save.
The embed loads one small script that draws every Vikalp block. It loads after your page, so it never slows it down.
3. Add blocks to your pages
In the theme editor, open the page you want, click Add block → Apps, and pick a Vikalp block (reviews, wishlist button, Omni Pass…). Save.
Each block’s look is set in Vikalp → Website widgets.
4. Send emails from your own address
In Vikalp → Settings → Email sender, add your domain and the DNS records shown. Emails then come from you (e.g. hello@yourbrand.com) instead of a Vikalp address.
