Set up web push notifications and automations
Ask shoppers to allow notifications, switch on abandoned cart and checkout reminders, and send campaigns.
1. Ask politely
In Vikalp → Web Push → Settings, choose when shoppers are asked and add your logo.
2. Automations
In the Automations tab, switch on reminders for abandoned carts and checkouts, viewed products and more. Approve the new Shopify permission once so Vikalp can see website events.
3. Campaigns
Write a notification, pick who gets it and send it now or schedule it.
iPhone and iPad
Apple allows web push only for shoppers who added your store to their home screen. Your own app reaches every iPhone.
